Tailor Made Bamboo Store offers the following Returns Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee upon the date of receipt for all refunds, credits and exchanges. Refunds and Credits: We will refund or credit the value of the items and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice must accompany your return. Exchanges: Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise or mis-sent items, please call Customer Service at: 800-932-8227 or 608-462-8227 to arrange an exchange. For exchange of mis-sent orders or damaged and defective merchandise, we will send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges upon receiving the returned item with a copy of the original invoice. Returns to our Processing Center: Please follow the steps below to complete your return -
Provide a copy of your receipt - Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are returning and state whether it is being returned for a refund or exchange, and what you would like to have happen.
- Please ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

This entire policy does not cover product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation or misuse, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
